I only just recieved them. And amongst the 3 pairs. All the same size. The fit is slightly different. The black ones fit well, and I can feel the compression. The nude ones are a bit big. And the shorts are comfy, But I wouldn't say compression necessarily. I cannot speak on the workout aspect. As I haven't worn them out yet. But they are comfortable.
