I had a terrible experience with my order. I placed it nearly three weeks ago in hopes of receiving it for the holidays, but it never showed up. To make matters worse, I keep getting requests for reviews in a different language, which feels like an attempt to disguise their poor service. I've tried reaching out multiple times via email, in both languages, but have received no response. Disappointing. *UPDATE* I finally received my order, but since it's a gift, I won't know how it fits until after the holidays. Will update then.
