This is a complete scam. I ordered two items, and it took over four weeks for them to arrive, only to find they were three sizes too small. The return process is a joke; they want me to pay more to keep the item and send another one, which I suspect would also be the wrong size. Alternatively, I could return them at my own expense to an overseas location, which costs more than the items themselves. They disregard consumer rights and provide poor communication, sending replies in a different language. The product is of terrible quality, barely functioning as advertised.
