I finally received my order, but after my wife tried it on (it's a gift), we decided to return it immediately due to poor sizing. It was supposed to be baggy but barely fit. I reached out to the support team for return instructions 1.5 weeks ago and still haven't heard back. I also tried contacting them through social media but received no helpful response. The concept of the item is great for those who feel the cold, but the delivery and support are appalling. I suspect I’ll have to pay for the return, which will likely cost more than the item itself. I would be shocked if I actually received help with the return. UPDATE - I finally got a response, but it was in a different language. Why reply in that language to a support email sent in English?
