This is a total scam. The items are three sizes smaller than advertised. I ordered a 2XL, and it barely fits like a medium. When I requested a refund, they insisted I return the item at my own expense to an overseas location, costing €50. The item doesn't heat up well and doesn't deliver on its promises. They even tried to scam me for an additional €10 to replace the wrong item with a new one. The size on the label was 2XL, but it’s far from it. Plus, delivery took six weeks.
