This product is incredibly disappointing. It took ages to arrive, and the quality suggests it likely cost very little to produce. It feels like just another overpriced item from overseas. The heated jumper is of such poor quality that I can't express my dissatisfaction enough. To make matters worse, returning it for a refund is not feasible since the return shipping costs more than the item itself. Now I'm left with this unsatisfactory product.
