I ordered earrings on December 8. On December 12, I received an email stating they were ready for shipping. However, on December 16, I was informed they oversold and could not fulfill my order. I then placed an order for a replacement set. On December 18, I was told that those were ready for shipping. Now, on Christmas Day, the gifts are still stuck in a warehouse awaiting shipment. My inquiries since December 18 have gone unanswered. Their customer service is inadequate, and their product management is lacking. Avoid this company to prevent my unfortunate experience.
