On November 30th I purchased a cross for $250 for a christmaas present, it never came, I raised a complaint with the company around the 27th of December, they said on January 4th they would ship out a new cross and give me $27 refund along with my tracking #. Aidan personally reached out to us and sent us a small care package and personalized note that went a long way with me as a customer. Also, the cross I got is fantastic and I love it!
