I had a completely positive experience. The staff were helpful and transparent, especially regarding the insurance policy. They met all our needs. The car was in excellent condition with low mileage. Pickup and drop-off were very fast, and they promptly addressed my previous cancellation during the pandemic. I wish they operated in more locations!
