Application process handled very efficiently, then passed to mortgage advisor which at one point had no communication for month then passed to another advisor which then couldn’t see the documents we had already sent ! So had to send again as first advisor on leave , then second advisor went on leave and was handed up to a lady called Ruth who was fantastic ! Communication was spot on and was always there to help , once we were handed to her we’re had very little problems .
