First of all these people are being paid. They act like their doing you a favor. They tell you when their coming and hardly ever show up on time. They never call to say their going to be late, and sometimes they don't show up at all. They treat the elderly, and sick with no regard or respect. I intend on writing my senator and anyone else who will listen. Also calling them on their 24 hour line only gets you a recording telling you to call another # that gets you another recording. I strongly urge you to check around before trusting these people. I just cancelled them. I see their ads about all the things they do and its just not true. I'm not a complainer and I do understand things happen. But they've all got phones. Theirs no excuse for not calling. Be careful my friends who you trust with your Health Care,
