I am senior on Medicare with a type one diabetic condition, and am working with my endocrinologist on getting the correct types (2) and dosage correctly. The order was called in to Centerwell and fortunately I set up my account to get my approval for anything being delivered. My Doctor wrote a script for two months. Centerwell filled it and carged me $105.00 for two months insulin. The problem is that you can only charge a max of $35.00 per month. I called them up and asked why so much and they responded we only fill three month orders. They were going to send me two months supply but charge me for a three months’ supply. As a side note, Insulin is never counted for a deductable.Additionally, I needed needles for insulin pens for a three month supply and was charged $30.00 per box. When I received the package, I looked up the same exact product in brand and “model” and found them for $5.00 per box with the shipping for boxes for a dollar each. Fortunately I sent the Centerwell order back with their RMA and awaiting a refund. I performed some research and found the CEO of Centerwell being a Doctor and a MBA. Obviously he only wants to focus on the MBA roleStay away from this organization
