I ordered some international boxes for my niece and nephew for Christmas. Unfortunately, my computer auto-filled the address, and I mistakenly sent the order without double-checking. I quickly reached out to see if the address could be changed, but was informed that it was already being processed and nothing could be done without a return. The package was sent to an old address we can no longer reach. Naturally, no one is going to return what looks like a gift. We lost that money and had to buy another gift to replace it. Overall, I'm very disappointed. It's surprising that other companies I've used would adjust the address, especially when contacted shortly after the order. It feels like poor business practice not to accommodate customers. The gift would have added fun to the holiday, but now we won't be using their services again.
