Yes always, apart from one time on Ali-express, if you know Ali you know what's going on... 8€ wasted.So lets go back to Certideal:Ordered an iphone 13 mini excellent conditions.After a few days (I mean more than one week) I received a phone, color was matching and I had no time to check it so it remained in my bag for some time.After a few days I finally had enough time and could do the swap, by the time I switched the unit on I realized it was a 12 mini instead of a 13, conditions were not excellent since it had a nice bump on one corner.Thist already upsets me, I received a ton of emails on how good Certideal service is and then I find a bump on an "excellent" item that is a hundred € cheaper than what I payed for, but ok it can happen, at that time I was still convinced by the ton of e-mails I received on how good Certideal is.I contacted the customer service, with some patience (time passes) they told me to send it back and they will swap it.Days passed, many days.A second delivery arrived, I immediately checked and the device was the correct one, 13 mini version but it was not "excellent" but merely good, scratches on the frame and on the cameras.Within 24 hours I contacted again the customer service that told me that the 21 days of coverage were gone and no refund was possible, they count the coverage since the first delivery of a random device.After some emails I only managed to get a partial refund (30€) that was merely the difference between an "excellent" grade and a "good" grade.Should I have used Paypal protection? maybe.Anyhow, before buying from Certideal, think about it.
