Bought a phone in January 2024, it arrived after 5 days. At the beginning seems like it works perfectly, apart some scratches on the cover & front glass. After some weeks of use the screen began to flickering, showing a white square on the bottom that got worse in the days, until it was completely unusable.Contacted the support after 3 weeks, and it was a complete nightmare. They reply after 1/2 business days to each email, and to reorganize the shipping back to France it took another 2 weeks without an usable phone. When they received it they just basically told me it is my fault for the malfunctioning screen. The hilarious thing is that their "technicians" just basically sent me an image of the screen flickering and just basically told me I damaged it (not how, not what, just... it was my fault) and they offered me a repair for 300$.The only 5 star service is the paypal support that, after months, refund me the 100% of the phone value. Scammers, NEVER AGAIN!!PS: In case you have any problem (as proved to paypal and as you can see in the reviews, they do that very frequently) you can ship back their phone and contact immediately paypal afterwards. It will take months but at least you don't lose your money!
