I would not recommend signing up for an in-person Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course through Certification Planner. My experience was extremely disappointing. The in person course was canceled at the last minute due to an alleged emergency that didn’t make sense based on the email we received. When the course finally took place, the content was poorly explained. The instructor often just read directly from the slides and was frequently unable to answer questions. Overall, it felt disorganized unhelpful, and wasteful. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for quality training.
