I strongly regret working with them

They seemed like cool people and came across with a good amount of confidence, but unfortunately the guarantees they made to me simply did not happen. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share exactly what happened.Certified Closers made several explicit guarantees during the sales process, guarantees that directly influenced my decision to choose them over another reputable company I was considering. The deciding factor was their money-back guarantee. On a recorded call, I asked:“If I pay the $15,000, follow everything, and it doesn’t work, do I get the money back?”Their rep replied clearly: “Yep.”They also guaranteed 15 clients per month if I spent money on ads and assured me that the system “always works” when clients follow the steps. Based on these promises, I invested the $15,000 plus thousands more in ad spend.What actually happened: • I followed their instructions • I spent thousands on ads • I only received 1 appointment • The ads they managed barely generated any leads • The system never produced anything close to what they guaranteed • They acknowledged the results weren’t there, but still refused to honor the refund they promisedInstead of honoring their word, they rejected the refund requested and offered additional months of service. But when the foundational system never worked at all, and the trust was broken from not honoring the promised refund, continuing makes no sense, and I communicated that clearly.Just to be clear:I’m not complaining because “marketing didn’t work fast enough.” Or because "ads didn't work and it's outside of our control"I’m complaining because they made explicit guarantees, did not deliver on them, and then refused to honor the refund guarantee that was a major part of my buying decision.It's okay if things don't work out, but it's not okay to say you will refund the money if things don't work out (because "we're that confident in what we do") and not do it when that time comes. I have no intention of damaging their business.I simply want them to uphold the commitments they made, commitments that were clear, direct, and recorded.I’ve been reasonable and patient through this entire process, trying to resolve it privately for months. I’m not asking for anything beyond what they themselves promised in their words.If they decide to honor the refund they promised me, just as they said they would in cases where the process doesn’t work (they gave me two examples of previous refunds during the sales call to show me proof), I will gladly update this review to reflect that the matter was resolved professionally.
