The same issue arises with annual payments, which doesn’t make sense since you lose access for the entire year you've paid for when you cancel auto-renewal. This seems legally questionable. They claim recognition by various organizations, but I couldn't find their names listed, leading me to believe they are making false statements. Their business practices raise legal concerns.
