I bought a product for 1 USD but didn’t have a chance to open it. To my surprise, I was charged for an annual subscription the following month. Despite the fact that:
- none of the products were utilized
- the subscription was canceled on the same day
- a refund request was sent to the provider
The support team refused to issue a refund, disregarding these points. I do not recommend using this service as it seems to compel customers into unnecessary payments.
