They are the big ripoff people. They steel my $400 for cleaning the dryer vent cleaner and problem was not fixed for air flow issue. Biggest ripoff company. i called so many times and report for service to come back and check they keep saying management will contact you soon. Please do not use their service. I will submit the paperwork to file a claim for this company for sure. please do not use their service at all.
