POOR. You signed up a trial; they hook your credit card and don't let go. I used paypal and after every payment emailed and received no response. They are under a few names: Fasting SIA, Nutrofasting, Certified fasting, Nutrameg Sia. I finally got a response and they offered no refunds whatsoever.
