I called at 6pm on a Friday eve and got a call back within the hour! I spoke with Adam who was beyond helpful and efficient and went above and beyond to answer my questions and get me my digital ID card and certificate for my dog within 24hrs! He even said to call back when I fly with any questions on the paperwork that I may have to fill out since I am new to the process.
