The quality of leads is top notch...their customer service agents are always there to answer all your questions with patience and knowledge about their products. However, I would love to have an All-in-one suite or built-in CRM where I can follow up with my leads, create drip campaigns and task reminders without having to purchase a separate subscription with LionDesk. Also, having the option to import leads from other sources would be a plus.
