First of all, I love the app for the Cerulean MasterCard and it has served me well since first receiving it. But the main reason I want to give a ringing endorsement for this company is the way they have made it easy for the customers to get help with a live person. I unfortunately had to report my card lost and was able to do so with ease. The number for the Lost/Stolen department connected me with a human being right away with zero wait time. But the best part was the agent that handled my call (Mary). She was friendly. She was knowledgeable. She was efficient. She’s what every customer support person should aspire to. It was such a pleasure to have spoken with her, even for the few brief minutes. An asset to the company, no doubt, as far as I’m concerned. Thank you Mary!
