This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. The service misrepresents what they offer on their platform and sends low-quality products for a high price. Communication is poor; they only respond with generic messages and are unavailable for phone calls. It's frustrating and feels like a scam. They really should not be allowed to operate like this.
