I cannot recommend the Pasta and Tiramisu making class in Mauro's home enough! Our experience with Mauro was the highlight of our week-long trip to Italy. There were seven of us in our group, and we were so taken by the warmth and hospitality that we ended up staying well beyond our scheduled time. We learned how to roll 'sfoglia' (fresh pasta) by hand, a skill we will cherish and use in our home lives. Mauro guided us through the process of preparing two different kinds of pasta from scratch – filled pasta and fresh pasta. But loved learning how to make the iconic Tiramisu. Mauo's expertise and patience made it all seem so easy.The best part of the day was not just mastering these culinary skills, but also sharing our passion for Italian cuisine with new friends. Mauro encouraged us to dive into the culture, and we felt like we were a part of something truly special. As we sat down at the table, we got to taste the delicious results of our hard work. It was a moment to savor and enjoy, and we even voted for the best cook of the day, adding a fun and competitive twist to the experience.To top it all off, we raised our glasses in a heartfelt "Cin Cin" toast, sipping on local wine from the region's cellars. It was the perfect way to celebrate our culinary achievements and toast to our happiness.Mauro's class embodies the spirit of Italian hospitality, and we couldn't be more grateful for the memories we made that day.
