What an amazing journey! Where to begin….. my experience was incredible. I had two procedures planned and possibly they were conflicting so was subject to some changes in the planning. We got there though and had a full face and neck lift AND laser smart lens replacement surgery with cateract removal.The hospital staff were absolutely incredible. They were kind caring and very attentive.i did not want to leave! Nurses and auxiliary staff all happy and helpful and excellent communication. Someone was there close to me throughout my stay.i was alone but didn’t feel alone. Food was good quality too in hospital. Massage chairs in the reception area and tea coffee and home baked treats always available.Excellent coordination by Aziz who was constantly in contact and always swiftly responded even late at night and on his day off!I am recovering really well and can only imagine the results of the facelift will be incredible. Dr Atilla really enjoys his work and was so approachable and around after the surgery a lot!The hotel was not 5 star but a good hotel with great rooftop pool and great restaurant and again, super friendly staff. The drivers were equally professional and on time and transport very comfortable!Had the best experience all round.. It was my first overseas surgery and I would highly recommend this clinic for your surgery needs.Be aware that there is a small percentage surcharge for using credit card. I did some research and whilst the Turkish government seemingly do not support this, the clinic still charges 6% on top (cash is king!!!!) . I hadn’t read that part properly and was initially little upset but my surgery was a success (so far) and I got a good discount that offset against the extra payment - so no discount really!!!! Despite this additional charge, thank you CE centre - you were amazing 😍🙏
