Just spent an hour and three quarters on the phone attempting to renew my policy and change the vehicle details. During the laborious process I was placed on hold numerous times while the agent ‘checked things’. The agent was pleasant enough but struggled to read and pronounce simple words and took ages reading through & double checking everything several times. I’m still on the phone waiting for her to work out a refund which should be a simple case of subtracting one figure from another but I’ve been on hold over this issue for at least another 10 minutes. We have 14 days to cancel this policy (if we ever get there!) and following this experience I will most certainly be doing this.
