Be very careful using this company as when it comes to renewal time. Despite advising them I did not want to renew my policy with them as I have other insurance cover they will still charged almost the cost of the replacement insurance against the bank details I provided to them for the previous year's insurance. They also do not allow you to put matters in writing in that way disputes become your word against theirs. By this i mean you cannot confirm in writing that you do want not to renew your insurance policy and they then exploit this by saying you did not contact them and it becomes your word against theirs but in the meantime you have had money taken out your account. They are now very hard to pin down to return the monies they took out of my account. They will not provide any email address for you to put matters in writing and so matters become your word against theirs. In the meantime they have removed money from your account.Personally, I will never use them again and will be reporting them to the FCA.
