Hello, please don’t ever use this insurance. Today just by Christmas my boiler broke down, i did contact them and the emergency department - an engineer came to check the boiler ( he was sat in his van talking by phone ) just after an hour he left. Without any assistance.. the customer service phoned me 3-5 hours later saying they weren’t going to be able to cover the claim as the boiler haven’t being serviced.. now my house is very cold, I was expecting some help… but they used this excuse about servicing my boiler, so I found it very cheeky! A terrible experience and it’s very cold.I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. It’s so bad how they can avoid providing services just to don’t give to the clients what we have paid for.Truly disgusting company and service.
