Had my renewal quote through which was too expensive so decided to go with someone else. I used the online chat facility 1 week before the renewal to cancel and went on with the rest of my day.Then yesterday I get a notification from my bank that the direct debit is to be taken. I called yesterday to confirm that my policy has been cancelled, why does it take so long to action this? The money has now left my account so I am owed this money back.Update: Here we are on 30th June and I've still heard nothing from you. I will be taking this further.
