I ordered a Pilates reformer through Amazon, and while the product itself appears to be good quality, the delivery experience with Ceva Logistics was extremely disappointing.I was required to schedule a delivery appointment through their automated system and made arrangements for someone to be at my home during the scheduled time. On the day of delivery, I received a call saying they had no available delivery personnel and could not fulfill the appointment. As a teacher, taking time and coordinating coverage is not easy, and this caused a major inconvenience. When I explained this, I was simply told there was nothing they could do.We rescheduled for the next day with the agreement that I would receive a 30-minute call prior to delivery so I could have my daughter meet them. That call never happened. Instead, the reformer was dropped off in my front yard without notice. While I had agreed to front-door delivery, this item is extremely large and heavy, and the lack of communication made the situation difficult and frustrating.When I called to ask why I never received the promised call, I was told the driver “didn’t want to bother me because I was a teacher,” which is honestly unacceptable and not their decision to make.To make matters worse, the reformer arrived with no assembly instructions included.Overall, the product may be solid, but the delivery service from Ceva Logistics was unprofessional, unreliable, and created unnecessary stress. I would strongly caution others about the delivery experience.
