Hanno anche smesso di rispondere alle mie telefonate e mi hanno riattaccato in due occasioni e hanno ripetutamente inviato le mie chiamate alla segreteria telefonica. Maleducati e inefficienti.Absolutely horrible experience working with this logistics company. I placed an order with Mediaworld. CEVA was supposed to deliver the new washing machine and take away the old washing machine. They did not take away the old washing machine and after two months of trying to get them to come back and get it they still have not as of today. I have made two appointments with them both of which they have confirmed and then not showed up for. They also stopped answering my phone calls and hung up on me on two occasions and sent my calls to voicemail repeatedly. Rude and inefficient.Order # 229381645
