In regards to the Steam Deck official release in Australia the logistics has utterly failed to streamline a large shipment of 1st Week purchases. The issue is with packaging and labeling which took them more than 24 hours with some users complaining to have spent 2 days in picked up parcel, printing label etc. Delivery has not been utterly terrible as no one has claimed to receive damaged goods, so that is one thing. Improvement in handling and updating customers is something I would request them to improve.An update on my situation, after having being sorted and set for delivery it never showed up at my place and still tells me it is on the way on 29/11/2024. Seems like I shall not receive anything till next week which would make it more than 8 working days in transit.Edit 01:To the representative who replied, I ask why not communicate via email or some official channel instead of me publicly posting my order number when my package is still in delivery limbo and could be intercepted by malicious actors.
