If I could leave zero stars for this shambles of a company I would. Ordered a large item of furniture from Tikamoon in France for delivery to Italy. The item was passed from the French courier to Ceva in northern Italy on 24th April where it remained for a couple of days. It slowly made its way down to southern Italy arriving in Campania 26th April for a supposed delivery date of 4th May. I didn’t receive an email or phone call to arrange delivery so I contacted Tikamoon who said they would contact Ceva for an update. 4th May came and went with no delivery and the tracking remained the same (by now one week in Caserta). Contacted Tikamoon again and they apologised and said they would contact them again. I then look at the tracking and Ceva have updated it to say the item was delivered to Capri on 3rd May! Not to me it wasn’t! I’m now in a situation where it is now the weekend, Tikamoon don’t answer emails at the weekend and I have no contact details for Ceva to find out where the hell is my furniture. I’m absolutely livid given that it’s a heavy piece of furniture and I had organised two people to come and help so it really messed up everyone’s day. A completely hellish experience which is not over yet as I still don’t know where my delivery is. Why companies choose to use this courier is beyond me seeing the amount of bad reviews it has. I’m due to be ordering more from Tikamoon but have decided it is not worth the anguish of not knowing whether I would receive it or not. Totally fed up.
