DO NOT TRUST YELDA from CFH Health Turizm. She sells only promises but she never keeps her word. She is very friendly and supportive until the payments are done, but when it comes to ask for support with the paperwork you might need for your insurer, you won’t get much of it, they do not give you anything clear for all the work that has been done step by step by the dentist doctors. Unfortunately I have had to change my review to 1star due to all the promises made by Yelda which were not kept. I have requested clearly since day 1 of my 2nd visit at the clinic that I need proof for all the work that it has been done at the dentist and all I got it was just promises until the last day, when she has provided just a vague paper for what I have paid, not even a breakdown for what I have paid for. Nothing didn’t seem to be recorded for what it has been done day by day. I have also asked one of my colleagues from work to speak with Yelda in turkish to explain her what I actually need from them and Yelda promised my colleague the same things (all the paperwork will be submitted as requested), but nothing has happened. I believe patients are just numbers, it is a sell business in the end, as soon as they have your money, what you get after it is just promises. I would give 5 stars to the Doctors and dentist assistants who are great people and they do a great job, but to get to them, the only option it is through this agency / agencies. At my first visit I met Azadeh, who was very supportive and guided me well through out the whole process, a brilliant person, who tried her best to pull off all the paperwork that I needed back in UK, but without any success unfortunately. My advice is avoid this agency CFH Health Turizm.
