This is the WORST credit company ever! There is no ability to set up an auto draft for payment of the account automatically. If you use the card, you better be good at manual book keeping. I missed my due date by 2 days because I thought I had this set up for auto draft, which apparently isn't ALLOWED through this bank - what century are they in? When I asked for the late fee to be waived, they denied my request and said that their policy states only 1/2 of the Late fee can be waived. The customer service operation is an off-shore provider with no access to upper level mgt to make additional concessions. Just DON'T USE THIS CARD. I've cancelled and will receive my confirmation in the paper mail in 7-10 days.
