LITERALLY THE WORST CARD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE!!! It started out with even though I had set up automatic payments My first two payments did not go through even though they had the correct acct number and routing number. Then it miraculously started working with no changes. After several months and numerous phone calls those late fees were finally reversed. And I was told not to worry that until an account was 2 to 3 months behind in payments they did not report it as being late. Used it a couple of times paying most of it off every month. Just kept a small balance on each month going foreword. Then I find out someone is using my account to pay their bills. I went into my bank and they immediately closed my checking account and gave me a new checking account account number. They then gave me a list of all of my accounts that took automatic payments from that old account and told me to contact all of them and explain to them what happened and to get my automatic payment account number updated. Which I did. Thought every thing was good until I saw CFNA's payment did not come out of my new account. Called immediately and made a payment then spoke to someone whom 'I could not understand at all but was able to at least get everything was good on my account and that the payment had gone through with no late payment showing or fee. A month later I get my statement and it shows the payment as being late and I was charged a fee. I called once again and tried explaining what had happened. I was told it could take 2 to 3 billing cycles for it to catch up. But not to worry, everything was up to date on my account. Next statement, same issue. I call again and get the same answers. Next month same thing. Only now My credit report shows I had a late payment on my CFNA card and my once excellent credit score of 790+ has now dropped to 630. My available credit limit was also cut in half and my interest rate was now the maximum they could charge. I call again only this time I am told there is nothing that they can do as it has been over 2 months. Getting a supervisor does me no good. They give me the same answer. Sorry it has been over two months. Doesn't matter that I've been calling every month there is nothing they can do about it. This is completely shady on their part. But as they say sorry nothing they can do. Well I sincerely hope this happens to everyone of them. Because who knows how long it's going to take me to get back to where I was.
