The way I understand that Crystal fusion is my insurance and the guy that put my window in is from a different company hired by Crystal fusion. The work that was done was excellent. The guy that came and did it was personable and explain things to me easily. I’m not sure what the program is or the way things work with the insurance company, but I contacted them. They contacted me back and then I waited for a week and a half almost 2 weeks before the glass came in for me to get my windshield replaced. Seems like it would be a little faster than that. For what the insurance cost me, I will have to replace my windshield three times to break even on the cost of the insurance so I gave it a three star because as far as insurance concerned it’s about average.
