I’m puzzled by the negative feedback regarding the service; the staff I’ve encountered genuinely go above and beyond for their clients, despite limited resources. I have no ties to the company, but it saddens me to see them criticized when they’re genuinely trying their best. Based on my experience with individuals facing challenges, it’s often the clients who aren’t fully engaged or attending their appointments, yet it’s easier to blame those attempting to assist. I wish everyone battling addiction a happy and healthy life. Remember, if you keep doing what you always do, you’ll keep getting what you always got.
