Chris was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. We have been in our new build for just over one year and were a little cautious about having an external snagging report done. I have to say that it is such a relief to have this report as Chris highlighted many issues with our property that were 'hidden' from view. Chris explained everything in detail both in the report and in person. He spent a whole day at our property and was very meticulous. He respected our property and was very friendly. I have to also note that his 'aftercare' is also very pleasing, asking to be kept in touch with responses to work needed to be undertaken. Any further questions we had, he was happy to respond.
