Even more alarming, we found out we were overcharged, with double billing for work that was never done. When we filed a pre-trial claim regarding these serious issues, the company admitted to the project's significant flaws but refused to issue a full refund despite their clear breach of contract and billing irregularities. It felt like their priority was more about collecting payments than delivering quality work or fulfilling their contractual commitments. The final product was far from what was promised and what we paid for. I strongly recommend seeking other software development services and exercising caution if considering this company.
