The codebase was poorly organized, hard to maintain, and showed evident signs of rushed work instead of careful engineering. This has led to considerable technical debt that we now need to address. Communication during the project was consistently problematic. The team was unresponsive to inquiries and feedback, making collaboration frustrating and ineffective. When issues were raised, they were often disregarded or poorly addressed. The company violated the terms of our agreement in several ways. They did not complete the project within the established timeline, leaving us with an unfinished product well past the deadline. Even more troubling, we found that we were overcharged—specifically, they billed us twice for work that was never actually completed. When we filed a pre-trial claim to address these serious issues, the company admitted that the project had significant problems but refused to provide a full refund despite their clear breach of contract and billing issues. Most concerning was the impression that the company was mainly focused on securing payment rather than delivering quality work or fulfilling their contractual commitments. The final product fell far short of what was promised and what we paid for. I would highly recommend others to seek alternative software development services and to exercise extreme caution if considering this company.
