Placed order on 5th Nov for a pickle kit. I was sent the wrong order. The kit came with missing items. I then proceeded to email the company to rectify this and didnt get a reply for a few days. I was then promised a new kit on the 9th of November. Never heard back until I followed it up today and now theyre trying to say they apologise for the "unclear communication " but they will only send out missing items or if I place ANOTHER order they can add missing items? Why would I want to place an another order when you wont rectify this order? Customer service is shoddy taking days to reply. Pickle kits are over priced and they dont do anything to rectify issues with orders (check others feedback) please dont waste your time or money.Update. After 2 WHOLE WEEKS they decided to refund me for their abysmal mess up... but only partially refunded.Scam company!
