This company only tries to get all dialysis clients on their plan at ANY cost. They don't consider what doctors they see outside of their dialysis centers. They wrongfully promise clients that everything will be the same and that it's not because their doctors aren't in the network. This is a vulnerable population, and stating things like "your Nephrologist [insert name] suggests you go on this plan" when that is not true is a form of coercion and should not be acceptable! Their customer service is also very rude and does not help, with any type of understanding they immediately become defensive and refuse to assist. I've had many clients call me complaining about Champion and how they have felt that they lied to them! Please do not go on this plan.
