Absolutely terrible. I ordered a kilt on August 24th for a wedding at the end of September and paid for expedited shipping. A week before the event, I requested to cancel the order because it wouldn't arrive in time. I received a reply citing bad weather. After sending another cancellation request, I got another email stating they make their kilts by hand. I demanded cancellation again in late September. Today, October 11, 2025, I finally received a shipping notice. Their customer service is poor, and they completely ignore requests. Please do not respond to my review with excuses; I will share our entire email chain to show your disregard for my requests. I had a good experience before, but not this time.
