I feel bad writing this because like many others have said, this was one of my favorite casinos. Not sure why they suddenly are making these horrible changes but it’s not looking good. I’ve had over 60 instant redemptions from them, instant as in less than one minute, now my last 4 redemptions have taken over the promised 24 hours and each time I’ve had to contact support. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be playing here any longer unless they can come back from this somehow. Instant redemptions were one of the main reasons I played here to begin with.
