Sadly I can't do any less than 1 star.i recently redeemed $100 and chose instant redemption for a payment method I have previously redeemed to with no issues. This time around it's going through "verification" which has been 3 days now and not even remotely instant when I ask customer support regarding the matter they just say thank you for your patience and it's under verification review. I am sad about how little information I have received regarding a time frame. This is complete bull crud considering I've already been verified previously
