Lie number 1: They offer “Instant” redemptions to your debit card yet the redemptions aren’t instant. Lie number 2: You get an email saying your redemption is under a 24 hour review and you will receive it within 24 hours. I have been waiting 48 hours for a $300 redemption and the customer service is ridiculously unhelpful. All you will get with customer service is canned responses and no real information.
