Enjoyed playing and won 300 on a 20 package. Redeemed instantly that time no issue. Later in the day I purchased another $20 package and got up to 115 after playing 45 min or so. Went to redeem that time and was declined saying I received a 60 bonus somewhere and had to play that 3 x before cashing out. I never received any bonus only won from my purchase of packages. What gives? Until I figure out that issue I’m probably going to add this one to the no play list. Unfortunate because I like the platform and layout.
